How we run a job,
bid to closeout

Two owners, one crew, and no hand-offs to a dispatcher. The people who bid your job are the people who run it.

01Bid and scope review

We read the full plan set, list inclusions and exclusions clearly, and get you a number by your bid date.

02Preconstruction coordination

We walk the site, check existing conditions, and line up with your schedule and the other trades.

03Underground

Sewer and waste lines, trenching, and grease interceptors, tested and ready for inspection before backfill.

04Rough-in and top-out

Waste, vent, and water piping run clean and on schedule, so framing and drywall are never waiting on plumbing.

05Finish and trim

Fixtures, flushometers, ADA fixtures, and water heaters set, tested, and left clean.

06Inspections and closeout

Final inspections passed, punch list closed, and a clean handoff to your super.
